Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at our reasonable discretion, jj8004 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining on the Account. Account balances may be maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or another supported currency as specified during registration. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied and given a reasonable opportunity to reactivate your Account.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on jj8004 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages and expiry timeframes. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires total bets of PKR 30,000 to be placed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
jj8004 actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, jj8004 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the Account.
jj8004 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to Accounts at the time of the change.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj8004 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. jj8004 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj8004 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jj8004's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jj8004 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform. Gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk fully and voluntarily.
jj8004 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.
